Last Friday (March 9th) Thomas Crummy came to our school to plant an apple tree. We turn turns to dig a hole.  We used fertilizer to put on top. Nikita put the stake beside the tree and tied it.  We dressed in camouflage to hide in trees.  We used greens and browns.  We got our faces painted.  Parents and my Granny came to see us. We got photographs taken.  It was a really fun day. Even my Granny enjoyed it.  I think we should plant a tree every year for National Tree Day.
